Our English Breakfast tea is a blend of several different organic black teas from estates in Assam (India) and Ceylon (Sri Lanka). References to this blend as being “English” were thought to have initiated in America during the mid 19th century. The blend is generally fairly bold in style and in British tea culture is often served with milk and sugar. While the blend includes the word “breakfast,” it is often consumed throughout the day in tea drinking European cultures. Any way you choose to drink it, this is a classic, bold black tea.
