This exquisite pu-erh hails from the biodynamic and certified organic ancient tea forests of the JingMai & ManJing Mountains in China's Yunnan Province. Coming from the oldest known tea plants in the world dating back over 1000 years, the leaf is oxidized about 50% then lightly roasted. The resulting brew has a gentle honey-like fragrance, mellow flavor with notes of roasted sugarcane. (contains caffeine)
